⅓cupextra virgin olive oil
⅓cupgrated parmesan cheese
2clovesgarlic, minced
3tbspred wine vinegar
3tspDijon mustard

1headshredded iceberg lettuce (5-6 cups)
1headshredded romaine lettuce (4-5 cups)
115 oz canchickpeas, drained and rinsed

Instructions
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
